Orders will only be accepted from the UK and Europe

Goods will only be despatched when full receipt of monies has been received either by credit/debit card into pay pal account or upon confirmation that cheques have cleared.

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so anytime up to the point of despatch.

You are able to return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (less any postal charges) or an exchange credit as required.

We cannot accept goods back that have been used or specifically modified for you.

All our instruments are checked before leaving by a fully qualified NAMIR registered technician. All musical instruments are covered by a 12-month guarantee, which covers them for any faulty workmanship.  The instruments will have to be returned to us for repair. The cost of sending goods to us and returning to you shall be borne by you.

The Guarantee will be void if the instrument has been abused, damaged or used incorrectly.

All instrument purchases and accessories are despatched using a secure courier. We hope that unless the delivery period spans a weekend, you will receive your order within 48 hours if paying by PayPal. If paying by cheque, we will keep you informed of progress and contact you by e-mail on despatch.

Please note that our standard delivery times and charges apply to mainland Britain only. If you would like postage details for elsewhere then please contact me through email or fax.
